What we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email, phone (optional, for delivery), and the last four digits of the payment card you used. We do not store full card numbers — those are tokenized through our payment processor and never touch our servers.
When you browse the site, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) logs your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This data is used to detect abuse and improve site performance. We do not run third-party tracking pixels or sell behavioral data.
Why we collect it
- To fulfill your order — pack it, ship it, email you tracking.
- To handle support requests if something goes wrong.
- To send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping, returns). We do not add you to a marketing newsletter unless you opt in.
- To comply with US tax and consumer-protection law.
Who we share with
We share the minimum data necessary with three categories of vendors: shipping carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) for delivery, our payment processor for the transaction, and the email service that sends your order confirmation. We do not sell, rent, or share your data for advertising purposes.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax and consumer protection rules. After that they're deleted. Email addresses on the transactional list are kept as long as you have an open order; you can request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Your rights
You can ask us to send you a copy of all the data we have about you, correct anything wrong, or delete it entirely. We respond within 30 days. California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia residents have additional rights under state law — same email gets you started.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to remember your cart while you check out. That's it. No third-party trackers, no ad-network pixels, no analytics fingerprinting. If you disable cookies, the cart won't persist between page loads — everything else works fine.
Children
Our products are not directed at children under 13 and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have data on a minor, contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a material way, we'll note the change at the top and email anyone with an active order at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
